L: Lab Experiment Methods (VR-Simu/DIY-Tech, Applications)

by Virtual Reality Simulations, Do-It-Yourself home-based Technologies, etc, + Applications

This section will include more information on the software I downloaded and installed.

These are for the procedural & equipment set-up that are used in actual neuroscience research experiments, as well as the actual data analysis screen displays.

eg. TVB for EEG and fMRI data (see http://www.thevirtualbrain.org/tvb/zwei/brainsimulator-software#)

eg. 3D Slicer for MRI data (see https://discourse.slicer.org/u/Harry-Muzart/activity)

These are Python-compatible (as well being inter-operable with C++, Java, Matlab)

While I focus on higher-level networks and systems neuroimaging, I will also include work in molecular neurobiology.

All images below are screenshots, taken by me, of data parameters that I have manipulated.

* Edit - some of the screenshots I took seem to be blurry because it turns out at the time I was using the TVB package, my computer was consuming a lot of processing power and for some reason the screenshot function in Windows didn't work properly - I will get better resolution images at some point in the near future.
